April 2019
The first chapter begins with Ann and Lincoln Peters founding Compass Physiotherapy – a mobile Physiotherapy service for Tamworth and the surrounding communities.
January 2020
The first new faces appear, and Compass establishes its first physical clinic space in Tamworth’s Freestyle Bouldering Gym.
October 2020
Compass is on the move! Expanding into a larger clinic space on Peel St for its growing team and new range of services.
February 2021
A Multidisciplinary team is built! Compass Physiotherapy becomes Compass Allied Health with the addition of Exercise Physiology and Speech Pathology Services.
Sophie Nicholls comes on board as Principal Speech Pathologist.
November 2021
More services become avaiable as Compass begins offering Occupational Therapy.
December 2022
An early Christmas gift
The papers are signed on Christmas Eve for a 580sqm shell in Acacia business park, marking the beginning of the fit-out plans for the future Allied Health center.
October 2023
The fit out of the new Allied Health Center begins!
April 2024
The big day
Construction of the new clinic is finished and the doors open, an exciting new chapter begins for the Compass team.
